RETURN POLICY

Thank you for shopping with CrazyHorseWest.com!

We will accept returns of unused, unwashed, unworn and unaltered merchandise within 30 days from time of purchase.

There is a $15.00 Restocking Fee for returned merchandise. Please contact us by email or phone prior to returning the merchandise.

There are no refunds on the shipping cost, only on merchandise. All shipping costs are solely the customer's responsibility.

No refunds will be issued until the merchandise is returned to us and inspected.

All products paid by check are held for 20 banking days, before any refunds are issued.

All products paid by credit card will be refunded to that credit card after return and inspection of products.

All special orders (including certain hats, hitched belts) are final; no refunds or exchanges on these items. So, please, measure correctly, or call us for more information.
